3. Security Responsibilities
You must keep accounts and license keys secure, use reasonable access controls, apply updates, maintain backups, and promptly address compromised credentials. You are responsible for activity under your accounts unless caused by our breach of duty.
4. Fair Use of Shared Services
You must not consume resources in a manner that materially degrades service for others or bypasses plan limits. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect reliability, security, and fair access.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse, compromised accounts, malicious use, or security concerns to admin@73pixel.com. Include relevant URLs, dates, logs, or screenshots, but do not send unlawful content or unnecessary personal data.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps including warnings, limiting access, suspending accounts or license services, removing content under our control, refusing support, or terminating access. Where practical and safe, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Urgent action may be taken without prior notice to prevent harm, fraud, legal exposure, or security risk.
7. Cooperation and Appeals
We may cooperate with valid legal process and preserve relevant records as required by law. If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact admin@73pixel.com with supporting information.
8. No Expansion of Monitoring Duty
This AUP does not create a general duty to monitor customer sites, content, or activity. We may review information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and enforce our services.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP prospectively to address new services, threats, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
